Built an AI copilot for the support team at a hypergrowth startup (valued at $10B+). The agent takes a support ticket, searches docs and past resolutions, and drafts a response.

AI Video Agent
Helped a startup improve their AI video agent architecture. Reduced their implementation/testing time by 50% through better planning upfront. Improved search agent performance by 100% via 25+ experiments and robust LLM evals.

GenUI AI Agent for Enterprise
Transformed a legacy B2B SaaS dashboard into a GenUI AI agent. The client serves major retail brands in India/US.
The old way: navigate through complex dashboards to find data.
The new way: just ask the agent.
This solution was presented at NRF Singapore 2025 and NRF USA 2026 and is being piloted with top retail brands across the world.
Travel AI Agent
Worked with a UK travel company building an AI agent for end-to-end trip planning — flights, hotels, activities, the whole thing.
Their engineers wanted to build a swarm architecture because it was the hot thing. I convinced them to start simpler. This saved them ~1 month of engineering time. Also set up evals in their CI/CD so bad prompt changes get caught before shipping.
AI-Ready Docs for Ragas
Helped Ragas (open source evals framework, 10k+ GitHub stars) revamp their docs and built automation so docs stay in sync with code changes.
